To Samuel Handy --son; part of two tracts STRUGGLE and HANDYS PURCHASE lying on the souther most side of the Annemessex branch and to be laid of from other lands from a white oak marked in the presence of Josiah Tilghman, William Tilghman, Betty Handy and Stephen Handy and then running along a ditch . . . .until it intersects the land of William Tilghman
Isaac Handy --son; remaining lands and manor plantation.
John Handy --son; as condition of the will, Isaac to pay John ,37 current money of Maryland, remainder of estate not already given to be divided among John, Stephen, & Isaac
Stephen Handy --son; as condition of the will, Isaac to pay Stephen ,37 current money of Maryland within 12 months of testator's decease.
Grace Tilghman --daughter; cow and calf, livestock, and ,20 current money of Maryland to be levied out of the personal estate and to have those items she already has in her possession.
