SxW-C:062 GEORGE FISHER 04/22/1775 01/01/1777 "being in good health . . ." Bequeaths to: 1. James Fisher -son; to have the use of the plantation he lives on until the 22nd of April 1777 on the condition that he pay the testator's executors 2 pounds 10 shillings at the expiration of the said time, to have 20 shillings to be levied out of the estate 2. John Fisher --grandson (son of George Hardy Fisher); to have 40 acres of the testator's north corner of the said tract called "Drawback" including the plantation 3. Isaac Fisher -son; to have the remaining part of a tract of land called "Drawback" not willed to the testator's grandson and also to have a tract of land called "Fisher's Fancy" cont. 100 acres whereon the testator's house and dwelling plantation is, to have a young black cow called "Flour" and 2 young heifers that come of her, to have a mare yearling called "Salem" and a 2nd choice of the testator's beds and furn., and also 2 of the hogs and sheep after legacies are taken out and also 1 yoke of young steers called "Lam & Lion" 4. John Fisher -son; to have 1 shilling sterling 5. Bette Fisher -daughter; to have 1 shilling sterling 6. George Hardy Fisher -son; to have 1 bed and furn. and 1 ewe and lamb 7. Mary White -daughter; to have 1 heifer 3 years old 8. Letishe Fisher -daughter; to have 1 pound 10 shillings 9. Curtis Fisher -son; to have 50 acres of land called "Fisher's Addition" 10. Elizabeth Fisher -wife; to have the remainder of the estate after debts are paid for her natural life or widowhood and after such time to fall to testator's son Curtis. Named executrix along with the testator's son Isaac 11. Charles Polk; named trustee and guardian to sons Isaac and Curtis and to hold their estates until they arrive at the age of 21. And should testator's son Isaac die w/out heirs, then his share of the estate to fall to testator's son Curtis and should Curtis die w/out heirs, then his share to fall to Isaac.
