JOB SIRMAN
01/07/1815 02/17/1815 "being very sick and weak in body . . ." Bequeaths to:
1. Nancy Sirman -wife; to have all the testator's lands and goods and chattels, during her natural life, named executrix of the will
2. John Sirman -son; at the death of testator's wife to have the dwelling plantation whereon the testator now lives on condition
3. William Sirman -son; testator's son John to give William whatever 2 men should decide to make one equal part with the other as condition for the dwelling plantation left him; to have 29 acres of land near Laurel called "Indian Land."
4. Nancy Sirman -daughter; -to have the sum of $20.00 when the testator's sons take possession of the land left them

Then came: the two above named subscribers to the will
