JESSE TINDALL 05/02/1806 05/20/1806 "being weak in body . . ." Bequeaths to:
1. Betsey Tindall -wife; to have one third part of the estate both real and personal during her widowhood, named executrix of the will
2. Isaac Walter Tindall -son; to have all the remainder of the testator's land and personal estate and should it be that the testator's wife is now with child, then the property mentioned is to be divided equally between them
3. Shadrach Short; named executor along with testator's widow
Witnesses: Eli McCaully, Isaac Adams
Then came: the two above named subscribers to the will
Note: then came Shadrach Short and renounced his right to act as executor
Note: then came Elizabeth Tindall, widow and made her election to abide by the legacies of her husband's will as to the personal estate and made election to have her thirds of the real estate.
