To son Christopher Piper: my dwelling plantation where I now live with all houses, out houses, barns orchards, and anything thereto belonging, Also horse, bridle, and riding saddle.
To son Matthew Piper: plantation purchased from William Moore on the head of Quantico Creek with all other adjoining land,
To daughter Ann Piper: Negro girl Peg and her issue.
To daughter Eleanor Piper: Negro girl Phillis and her increase.
To daughter Mary Piper: Negro girl Patience and her issue.
To daughter Sarah Giles: Negro man Tobby; bed and furniture.
To wife Rachel Piper: choice of any other Negroes, the above-mentioned excepted.
Residue of estate to be divided among children.
Trustees: friends Huett Nutter and Henry Lowes.
Executors: wife Rachel Piper and son Christopher Piper.
