Nicholas Evans Collier --son; part of a tract of land "C--by" being that part of a tract of land formerly belonging to Day Scott but now in the possession of David Williams. Also part of a tract of land called "Canthall" (?) Lying on the north side of the Wicomico river between sunken ground and Jones Hole, and right and title to any land the testator has a right to.
Priscilla Collier --daughter, Elizabeth Collier --daughter, Mary Evans Collier --daughter, Rebecca Collier (?) --daughter [ink smudged]; should Nicholas die without heirs then lands to be divided between them, equal divisions of remainder of personal estate along with widow.
Jean Dashiell --daughter (wife of Thomas Dashiell); livestock and no more
Rebecca Collier --daughter; 40 shillings to be paid out of moveable estate
