- To wife Sarah, all lands in Worcestet for her natural life and negro Jobe
- To son Selby, after wife's decease, land I purchased of Daniel Mifflin (mentions is abuts land of Noble Dryden and Levi Pilchard) consisting od 105a
- To son Benjamin, the other half of the land laid out for Selby containing 105a
- To daughter Comfort Blades, bed/furniture, walnut chest of drawers, corner cupboard.
- To daughter Ruth Pilchard, bed/furniture, walnut desk
- To son James, bed/furniture
- To son Eli, ten pounds money
- To son Samuel, ten pounds money
- Desire that son Benjamin keep 20 pounds for Eli and Samuel until they or their heirs call for it
- To wife Sarah all the remainder of my estate for her life then equally to my five children; James, Selby, Benjamin, Comfort and Ruth
