Peter Hack of Virginia. Friends B Col. George Gale and David Wilson and Samuel Wilson B are to be judges of the value of the legacy and are to take ,15 out of the estate. Dwelling plantation and all adjoining lands, with privileges to cut timber for the use of his plantation on my lands in Rousby's Neck. -To grandson Peter Spencer Hack: lands and plantation left to Tunstall Hack should Tunstall die without heirs. Lands in Rousby's Neck. Peter and Tunstall to divide equally all lands lying near Princess Anne Town that were purchased from John Finch, DEEP, SHIPWAYS CHOICE, All lands and marshes that I shall die possessed or have that have not been enumerated in the will, 100 ac BLUFF HAMMOCKS, -To Peter and Tunstall: remainder of the personal estate with Col. George Gale to decide on the equitable division of the property. -To the Visitors of the Public School of Somerset County and their Successors: a parcel of land lying opposite to Thomas Jones's plantation and contiguous to the Public School, 9-10 ac MILL LOT (this was 9-10 ac of SMITHS RECOVERY) Executors: Peter and Tunstall.
