Jesse Dykes --son; 155.5 ac of land lying on the south of the following divisional lines: beginning on the north side of the county road that leads from Rehobeth Town to Marumsco Branch near where the stake stands thence . . . on the east side of Marumsco Creek marked by Jesse Stephen, and Daniel and surveyed by Samuel Smith, named executor of the will.
James Dykes --grandson (son of Jesse); to have an equal share of land left to Jesse after Jesse's decease.
Stephen Dykes --son; to have the other half of the land left to Jesse after his decease, bay mare, saddle, and bridle, one of best feather bed and furniture, middle-sized pewter dish, 3 pewter plates and one of the newest pewter basins
Daniel Dykes --son; should Stephen die without heirs, then to have his share of land left to Jesse
-to have the part of lands lying on the north side of the divisional line being part of a tract called "Hignets Choice" cont. 82 1/4 ac of land
