In his 1694 will Daniel Selbe gave to wife Mary, 1200 A. out of the patent of 1400 A. during widowhood. To eldest son Parker and heirs, home plantation aforesaid at marriage or death of his mother; "Upper Plantation," where Peter Lowder lived; 150 A., "Brother's Love," bought from Edward Sanalls; 20 A. bought from Thos. Purnell Sr., and 150 A., part of "Carriganasick." To son Daniel and heirs, 300 A., "Yorkshire," bought of Robt. Cade, 200 A., "Sandy Point," and 280 A. "Kilkenny." To son Phillip and heirs, "Cedar Grove," 200 A. residue of "Bantry," 300 A. at Beaver Dam; 200 A. residue of "Carriganasick," and 1/2 of "Assucken." To son William and heirs, "Mattemkim" in Accomack County, and 300 A. "Dublin." To daughter Mary, 300 A. "Brick Neck." Witt: Jno. Purnell, Jno. Roussalls, Cornelius Shahan, Thos.
