To son Parker Selby - dwelling plantation being part of tracts SANDY POINT and SANDY POINT ADDITION containing 78 ac provided that he not marry with a certain Sally Hammon. If he does marry Sally Hammon all rights to estate will be forfeited.
To son James Selby - plantation in case Parker Selby does marry Sally Hammon. Also right and interest in 10 ac called JAMES LOT not yet patented. Also horse bought from the Condrovers.

To daughter Mary Selby - Negro boy Jack
To younger sons John and William - remainder of estate
