13 Mar 1770 Then came John Postley who "saith that on Monday before the testator died, he being then sick, spoke to this deponent concerning ... his will, but he did not then want it wrote and on the Wednesday after this deponent and several more being in the room, Capt. John Campbell ... came in and the testator mentioned to him about making his will. .... the testator approved the will and tried to sign twice but his hand shook very bad and he omitted some letters.... the testator grew very wavering or delirious"
