To Esther Ironshire and Adasire Ironshire daughters of brother Joseph - lands if Martha dies without issue, and wife has died
To Comfort Richardson and Mary Schoolfield daughters of brother-in-law John Hudson deceased - if Martha dies without issue part of White Oak Swamp Enlarged bought from Col. Shelly. Also tract Davidson's Beginning and tract adjoining called Addition
To Caleb Hudson of brother - in-law John Hudson - if Martha dies without issue part of tract and bald cypress branch called Strabans and if Caleb dies without issue then to his three youngest sisters
To Mary Evans daughter of brother Joseph Ironshire deceased and wife of Isaac Evans - if Martha dies without issue tracts Timber Grove, Tmber Grove's Addition, Small Lott, Job's Fishing Hole, Ironshire's Discovery, and part of Belfast (Reserving to Daniel Coe Bethard his claim in any of the said lands agreeable to his lease) Also to Mary Evans the rents coming to the estate from the said lands if daughter Martha and wife die before the end of the lease.
To Peter Evans son of Isaac Evans - the lands given to Mary Evans, after her decease, if she should inherit.
To brother Joseph Ironshire's three daughters and sister Rachel Hudson's three youngest daughters - personal estate if Martha dies without issue
