Ann Riley (nuncupative) WoW-JW18:175 21 Sep 179416 Dec 1794 Be it remembered that on the twentieth first day of Sep 1794 that Ann Riley departed this life and Sophia Watts, being present at the same, states that she devised: To daughter Elizabeth 40 pounds on a bond due from John Ratcliff, one desk, and a mare that was at son Thomas Riley's and a Negro fellow Lawrence To son Littleton - thirty pounds out of same bond on John Ratcliff To son Isaac Riley - thirty pounds out of same bond on John Ratcliff To son James Riley - bond on Levi Mills for 100 pounds Be it remembered that on the day above written appeared Alexander Smith. He being present when Ann Riley departed this life. Be it remembered that on the day above written appeared Nelly Franklin. She being present when Ann Riley departed this life.
