Listed as dependent in Peter Collier's household in 1740 in the Somerset Tax Lists - 1740 the last extant before Worcester is formed in 1742. He is not listed in 1739.

Kendall Collier, planter, bequeathed to his pregnant wife Sarah a third of his estate, naming her executrix; son Kendall part of land "where I live," "Carmell," near St. Martin's River, bounded by lands of David and William Fassitt; son Peter, balance of "Carmell," son James, "Cumberland" and he named sons John and Lambert, daughter Mary; Wit: William Stevens Hill, Powell Pattey, John Postly. Kendall married Sarah T. Fassitt, daughter of John Fassitt and Mary Robins. (Sarah T. Fassitt was born about 1737 in Somerset Co., MD and died before 27 Apr 1798 in Worcester Co., MD.)
