Kendall Collier, planter, bequeathed to his pregnant wife Sarah a third of his estate, naming her executrix; son Kendall part of land "where I live," "Carmell," near St. Martin's River, bounded by lands of David and William Fassitt; son Peter, balance of "Carmell," son James, "Cumberland" and he named sons John and Lambert, daughter Mary; Wit: William Stevens Hill, Powell Pattey, John Postly.
