Sarah Ann Porter --wife, all the land purchased from Winder Jacobs and Ann, his wife being part of a tract of land I now live on called "Wallaces Venture" for her life or widowhood, Negro boy "Jack" Negro wench "Martha", 2 beds & furniture, yoke of oxen, farm utensils, livestock, and her choice of the pots and frying pans, 6 chairs, 2 dishes, 6 plates, 1 basin, spinning wheel, 2 washing tubs, walnut desk, hand mill, 1/6th part of the crop for her life. Also a chest, looking glass, and one trunk to her for ever
Francis Porter --grandson, land left to widow to have at her decease or remarriage
-2 steers, young heifer
Thomas William Porter --son, to have care and management of land left to widow should she die before Francis Porter comes of age. Should Francis die before coming of age and with out heirs then to be property of Thomas
Hugh Porter --son, personal estate left to widow for her life, to be divided with Thomas William Porter at widow's decease or remarriage
Ann Porter --daughter, Negro boy "Mingo" Negro girl "Nicey", case of drawers, 1 falling tea table, 2 feather beds & furniture, large joint table, to have care of Betsy Porter's portion of the estate until she comes of age.
William Porter --son, Negro girl "Amy", one bed and furniture, named executor of the will
Joshua Porter --son, Cherry desk, bed and furniture, and ,20 cash to be paid from the estate
-remainder of estate to be divided among children named
Betsy Porter --granddaughter, bed and furniture, tea table that her mother has in her possession
