Mary Porter --wife, one-third of all real and personal estate for her use during her life, Negro girl "Ginta", all cultivated lands and orchards to be used for support of the family by widow until Levi comes of age, named executor and instructed that debts to be paid from the sale of sloop "Speedwell" and a bond due the testator from William Taylor--any overage to be divided among daughters after daughter Sarah gets her legacy
Gattee Porter --daughter, to have Negro girl "Ginta" after the decease of widow, Negro man "Bill" Negro girl "Esther"
Levi Porter --son, all land or lands called FATHERS DELIGHT, PORTERS MEADOW, LAST CHOICE, WEATHERLYS CONTRIVANCE, with saw mill and grist mill, Negro boy "Sam", saw mill and grist mill to be rented out yearly until Levi comes of age and the money applied to maintenance of children and any overage to be divided between them
Elizabeth Porter and Leah Porter --daughters, to have lands and mills should Levi die without issue--to be divided among them and Gattee
-Elizabeth to have Negro "Taylor" and Negro girl "Mary"
-Leah to have Negro man "Bob" and Negro boy "Levin" Negro child "Juel"
Sarah Weatherly (daughter) (wife of Jesse Weatherly): ,90 current money of Maryland, to come from the sale of sloop Speedwell
