To son Littleton Robins - the above plantation after wife's death, also land bought from John Ennis and ROBINS ADDITION and part of dwelling land beginning at Hosier's Branch and running to the road that is the divisional line between myself and my sister Mary
To son James Robins - lands at South Point on the "Sinapuxin" and the land on the Upper Beach and on the Egg Beach. Also land at St. Martins that I bought from Reuben Lynch and Easther Walton . Also SMALL LOT and half of the partnership with William Purnell for SCOTLAND, half of FOX DEN bought from Luke Ennis and half the land bought from Adam Stevenson for a mill
