To eldest son John Miller - 100 ac being part of tract BURLEY at Coys Folly and 60 of the adjoining ENLARGEMENT which is to be at the north end between BURLEY and Nicholas Warren=s land

To son James Miller - half of dwelling plantation being part of tracts PARTNERS CONTENTMENT and TROY TOWN. James is to have the south part on Back Creek and westward beginning at the line between him and his younger brother. Also 100 ac of the south part of the tract where John Nicholson lives called HOG QUARTER.
To John Nicholson - 100 ac where he now lives provided he builds at Cows Folly a framed kitchen 35 feet long and 15 feet wide with a shed 8 foot long and also a split log stable 20 foot long and 15 foot wide with a frames "ruuf" and covered with boards with a smoke house 12 foot square
To son Fassitt Miller - half of dwelling plantation being the north part with the water mill
