Ann (Annie) Elizabeth Harmon
This researcher's great grandfather Clarence Hitch (1880-1956) carved a one acre plat out of his 60 acre farm and gave it to "Miss Annie Black" back in the early 1900s. The farm was located on St. Lukes Road near Fruitland, MD. This suggests her husband had died by then. Ann married Louis F. Black, son of Hezekiah Black and Caroline V. Dashiell, in 1889. (Louis F. Black was born in 1851-1853 in MD 5 6 7.) |
