Peggy Nicholson --granddaughter (daughter of Joseph Nicholson); all the land Matthew Cannon deeded over being part of two tracts called WHITTYS INVENTION and DEDFORD, to have the remainder of the lands held on Wicomico which are to be given by Matthew Cannon from an agreement reached in 1766 and a tract of land called GEORGES MEADOW "But if Nancy Mackmurray and Rebecca Mackmurray will pay the money and the other charges which I have expended on the aforesaid tract of land called GEORGES MEADOW to the aforesaid Peggy Nicholson" then GEORGES MEADOW to be the property of Nancy and Rebecca MackMurray.
