Miles Files: A contract for the marriage of Hendrick Waggaman and Winifred Schyn (widow?) was signed on 29 May 1660 at Northampton Co, VA. Know all men present & to come that Henderick Wagaman carpenter & by Nation a Dutchmen of the City of Amsterdam, now resident of the County of Northampton in Virginia on the one part & Wm. Westerhouse physican & Margaret his wife of the other part, both of the County of Northampton witness that Henderick Wagoman in consideration of love & affection he bears unto Mrs. Winnifred Schin, daughter of the said Margaret, & it intended by God's permission to take the said Winnefred to (be his) wife & has pledged his troth & for better assurance of the estate & livelihood of said Winnifred has given and set over unto Wm. Westerhouse & Margaret his wife for the sole use of the said Winnefred Schen one mare of a bay color with a white streak down the face, left ear cropped age about 5 years with all her increase unto the said Winnefred Schin. It is further agreed that if Winefred shall survive Hendrick she shall receive at least her just third of the remainder of the estate by him left over the said Henderick shall revoke and make void all former wills, etc. Signed: Enderick Wagoman. Hendrick made a will on Jun 8 1682 and it was probated Aug 17 1682 at Accomack Co, VA: To the two first born children of my daughter Winniphree Myles. To wife Frances. To children Jacob, Ephrahim, Mary & Jonathan. Wife Exec. Witt: George Nich: Hack, John Rowles, Peter Hack, John Chase.

Hendrick married Winifed Schyn on 29 May 1660 in Northampton Co., VA. (Winifed Schyn was born about 1635 in Northampton Co., VA and died before 14 Jun 1661 in Northampton Co., VA.)

Hendrick next married Frances (?) about 1662. (Frances (?) was born about 1645 and died after 1712 in Accomack Co., VA.)
