William Horsey --grandson (son of William); to have tract of land "Coulbourn" should grandson Outerbridge die without heirs, to have "Horsey's Conclusion" should Outerbridge die without heirs Isaac Horsey --son; land and marsh on Pocomoke Sound and the Nanticoke Sound to be divided with William, all the marsh between Broad Creek and the Cedar Straights to be divided with William, tract of land at the savannah called "Horsey's Prevention (?)", all lands made over from Isaac Dixon, tract of land called "Dam Quarter" adjoining on a tract called "Bull Ridge", part of 2 tracts called "Horsey's Lott" and "Dixon's Kindness" all lying to the north of the road that leads from the Chapple to Pusey Lankford's at the head of the dam -William and Isaac named executors of the estate -remainder of the estate to be divided between Nathaniel, Stephen, Issac and William Lazarus Horsey --son; to have the marsh land left to Isaac should Isaac die without heirs, Negroes "Milkey" and "Peter", 16 pounds 8 shillings Nathaniel Horsey --son; lands on Back Creek which comes out of the Nanticoke --"Hogg Palace" and the "Round Savannah" "Sharp's Chance" and "Lodge", one shilling sterling and no more of the estate Stephen Horsey --son; one shilling sterling and no more Nancy Moore --daughter; one shilling sterling and no more Martha Outerbridge Horsey --daughter; Negroes "Amey' and "Dinah", 160 pounds and 8 shillings cash Sally Horsey --daughter; should Martha die without heirs then the money to be divided between Sally and Lazarus, Negroes "Bridget" and "Lucey", 160 pounds and 8 shillings cash - 9675 pounds that is in the bank in Annapolis be divided three ways in both interest and principal between three youngest children Lazarus, Sally and Martha and to be used for their education Lodowick Milbourn, Jacob Milbourn --friends; named trustees for three youngest children Witnesses: William Coulbourn, Robert Coulbourn, William Moore Then came: Isaac Horsey
