Christopher made a will on 13 February 1728 at Stepney Parish, Somerset Co, MD. In his will Christopher Nutter gave sons Christopher and William (Extrs) real estate, reserving dowry for wife, divisions to begin at lands formerly made between lands of brother Matthew, to run to a ridge near William Austin's; dwelling plantation upon Morumsco and said division of Quantico side to younger son William.
