Edward Stevens wrote his will May 12 1684 and it was probated in Somerset on Sep 29 1685 as:
- To loving wife Ruth 1/3rd part of my land BLAKES HOPE and third part of moveable estate
- To three sons of Florence Tucker; Edward, William and John Stevens, lands after wife's decease
- To William Stevens, 2nd son of Florence Tucker, old mare called Pegg and her increase
- To Edward Stevens, eldest son of said Florence a 2-year gelding
- Florence Tucker appointed sole executrix
Witnesses: John Heath, Thomas Williams, William Morris (SoW-EB5:187)
