To dau. Eliz. Stevens, 50 A. of afsd. tract, being the uppermost part of sd. tract, and personalty.
To Tabbither Stevens, dwell. plant., "Blackshop," after decease of her mother.
Should unborn child be a son, he to have sd. dwell. plan. Should the child be a dau., to have equal part of sd. plan., Tabbiter to have first choice. In event of death of either without issue, the survivor to have portion of deceased.
