Cattran Dormond, part of tract bou. of Robert Colt (being the under side of Isaac Wheeler's plantation, but not to touch sd. land). To dau. Sarah Wheller, 50 A. of tract bou. of Robt. Colt, beginning where the 50 A. of Dormond's ends, and personalty. To dau. Eliz. Stevens, 50 A. of afsd. tract, being the uppermost part of sd. tract, and personalty. To Tabbither Stevens, dwell. plant., "Blackshop," after decease of her mother. Should unborn child be a son, he to have sd. dwell. plan. Should the child be a dau., to have equal part of sd. plan., Tabbiter to have first choice. In event of death of either without issue, the survivor to have portion of deceased.
