- Then divide equally among my three sons John Peregrine Graves, James Rison Graves and John Sandy Graves
- To daughter Teresa Graves to have a home on above land while she is single, and girl Christiana
- Two negro girls Henny and Pegg to my three sons above
- To three daughters Mary Russell, Susan Mattingly and Ann Mattingly, two negro girls Ann and Harriett
- To wife Teresa, one bed/furniture, also bed/furniture each to sons John Peregrine Graves, James Rison Graves and John Sandy Graves also one bed/firniture to daughter Teresa Graves
- To wife Teresa, all residue of household and kitchen furniture
- All my stock of every kind to my three sons mentioned above
- My present crop is to present support of my family
