He made a will on 26 February 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Mary. To 3 youngest daughters Adah, Rebekah & Polly Bunting. To son William Black Bunting all my lands being 150 acres which I bought of William Cole. Children Smith Bunting, William Black Bunting, Amy Milner, Betty Cropper, Adah, Rebekah & Polly Bunting residual legatees. To sons Smith & William Black Bunting my mill. Wife "Polly" & sons Smith & William Black Bunting Exrs. Witt: Thomas Batson, John Bundick, Beershiba Bundick. Jonathan Bunting died before 31 August 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of John Bunting was granted to William Black Bunting with Smith Bunting security. Jonathan's will was recorded on 29 February 1764. It was on this date that his will was recorded. Smith Bunting named heir at law to the testator.
