He was security on the administration of an estate on 4 June 1648 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of Gabriell Sheirle or Searle was granted to Alexander Maddox. Appraisers John Hinman, Stephen Horsey, Christopher Kirke & Nicholas Waddeloe.

He married Amey (-----) after 1648.

Nicholas Waddelowe (Quaker) took the oath of allegiance to hereby engage and promise to be true and faithful to the Commonwealth of England as it is now established without King or House of Lords on 25 March 1651 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as Nicholas Waddelowe.

He patented land in April 1659 at Maryland. Nicholas Waddylove of Congabegg demanded land for transporting himself, his wife Amy, his daughters Amy Anderson, Comfort Waddylove, Temperance Waddylove, Patience Waddylove, his servants, James Nicholas, William Binson, Tiege O Lung, Daniel O Lunge, Makyn Mackinney, Thomas Southern, Mary Joyner, Elizabeth Sadler, John White, William Anderson, Richard Servall and Richard Bundick into this province warrant to lay out nineteen hundred acres of land to the said Nicholas Waddylove, ret. 25 Dec 1659. (NOTE: An effort was made to locate Congabegg. There is a place named Cong in County Mayo, Ireland, a few miles from the town of Headford. In the Irish Language the ending "begg" means little. So Congabegg could mean little town of Cong.)

Nicholas died before 6 March 1659/60 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that the estate of Nicholas Waddelowe was administered to Amy Waddelow, widow of the dec'd (Northampton Co Orders, VIII, No. 8, 1657-1664, p. 65). Amy married Mr. "Foolks" (Northampton Co Deeds, Wills, etc. IX, No. 7, 1657-1666, p. 85). Nicholas Waddilow gave power of attorney to Francis Hawksworth, Sr., woolen draper, of the town of Barnsley, Yorkshire (1651-1654, f. 227). Nicholas Waddelowe gave by deed of gift to his goddaughter Elizabeth Bundicke the daughter of Richard Bundicke (1654-1655, f. 53).

On 16 Oct 1665 Thomas Fooks of Pungoteague, the husband of Amy Fowke, the executrix and formerly wife of Nicholas Waddylove dec'd, for a valualble consideration do make over unto William Stevens of Pocomoke in the province of Maryland all my right, title and interest due me that were due to the said Nicholas Waddylove at the time of his dec'd. Signed Thomas Fowke.
