Ezekiel was named in his father's will on 29 September 1733 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as a son Ezekiel Young in the will of Francis Young. He was shown as a son Ezekiel Young in the Sep 1734 division of Francis Young's estate (Acc Co Wills & Etc. 1729 - 1737, p. 375.)
On 18 Nov 1740 he was shown as son-in-law (meaning step-son) Ezekiel Young, under age, in the will of Franics Stockly. Ezekiel was named as an heir on 18 November 1740 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as a son-in-law (step-son) Ezekiel Young (under age) in the will of Francis Stockley, wife Tabitha. This was the 80 acres of tract A140, the William Stockley Part.
Ezekiel was named in his mother's will on 11 April 1749 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as a son Ezekiel Young in the will of Tabitha Carrothers and was given all the estate which belonged to him of his father, Francis Young's estate. He was named in the settlement of his mother's estate on 28 February 1758 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that the will of Tabitha Carruthers (decd) was proved by witness John Doe, who swore he saw deceased witnesses Mary Courtney and Thomas Slatter sign as well. The named executors being dead, Ezekiel Young and Thomas Riley (security: John Snead and Clement Parker) were sworn as administrators. Appraisers/dividers of the estate: Spencer Drumond, Smith Snead, George Melson and John Abbott Bundick (or any three). He was named in the settlement of his mother's estate on 27 June 1758 at Accomack Co, VA. Thomas Riley and wife Elizabeth (attorney: Littleton Dennis) complained against Ezekiel Young, Thomas Wise with wife Wise (sic), Thomas Young, John Young (both minor orphans of John Young), John Only, Elizth Only and Tabitha Only (Charles Bagwell representing the last five). Ordered that Smith Snead, John Snead, Thomas Custis and Spencer Drumond (or three of them) divide the slaves mentioned in the bill and report next court. On 28 June 1758 it was recorded that in Thomas Riley with wife Elizabeth vs Ezekiel Young, Thomas Wise with wife Wise, Thomas Young, John Young, John Onley, Elizabeth Onley and Tabitha Onley, the slaves mentioned in the bill were distributed as follows: To Thos Wise and wife Wise '96 Negro Robin (worth £15) and to pay £3:15:00 each to the Rileys, Ezekiel and Smith Onley's children. To Ezekiel Young '96 a Negro girl called Dilly (£15) and to pay £3 each to the Rileys, Onley children, John Young's children and the Wises. To Thos Riley and wife '96 a Negro woman called Hannah (£35) and to pay £7 each to Ezekiel, the Wises, the Onley children and John Young's children. To John Young's children '96 £10. To Smith Onley's children '96 £13:15:00. Costs were equally shared. Signed by Thos Custis, Spencer Drumond and Smith Snead.

Ezekiel was named in his father-in-law's will on 8 May 1773 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will Thomas Parramore name son William Parramore. To son John Parramore my plantation in Maryland. To son Thomas Parramore 100 acres of marsh which I bought of John Michael, my lease Hold Estate which I bought in Bradford's Neck, as also the time to come, which shall be the season after my death, in the Lease I have from Sacker Shield where my son William now lives. Son in law Ezekiel Young. Son in law Major Guy. To grandaughter Anne Abbott, wife of Richard Abbott. Grandchildren John & Sarah Stran. Grandsons John & Robert Purnell. To Ann Holland, daughter of my son in law William Holland. Grandaughter Mary Holland, daughter of William. Grandson William Stran. To son William Parramore 100 acres land & marsh on the Beach which I bought of Mr. William Burton, deceased Son William my heir apparent. Daughters Sarah Guy & Elizabeth Guy. Sons William, John & Thomas, daughter Mary Holland & the children of Sinah Stran, deceased residual legatees. Sons William, John & Thomas Parramore Exrs. Witt: Samuel Long, Henry Heath, George Bell.
He was shown as a son-in-law Ezekiel Young in the will of Thomas Parramore.
He made a will on 20 March 1784 at Accomack Co, VA. In his will Ezekiel Young gave to son Thomas Young 150 acres where I live, also 1/2 of my marsh & Islands. To son John Young all the remaining part of my land & marsh. To daughters Mary Millener, Peggy Young, Ann Young & Tabltha Young. Balance of estate to be divided between all my children. Children to be in the care of my Exrs. David Bowman, Thomas Parramore & William Stran Exrs. Witt: Thomas Lilleston, Henry Fitzgarald, Peter Melson. According to Whitelaw, this 150 acres was part of tract A88, the Richard Drummond part, between Parksley & Accomac on the Bayside, which Ezekiel Young purchased from Robert Carruthers Jr. as 250 acres, of which 150 acres went to son Thomas and the balance to his son John. Ezekiel died before 26 December 1786 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated. Thomas Evans appointed guardian to the heir at law to the testator.
