On 28 Aug 1653 in Northampton County Court, Margaret Sanders (her house in Halfe Moon Alley without Bishopsgate, London), the mother of George Sanders dec'd of Northampton Co, VA requested her son's effects through her attorney Phillip Parker of Accomack, who was granted admtr. of the estate in place of Edward Douglas (who was a creditor thereto).

Phillip Parker was given power of attorney on 20 August 1656 at Northampton Co, VA. William Parker, citizen and draper of London, gave power of attonrey to his brother Philip Parker in Virginia.

He died before 17 April 1660 at Hungars Parish, Northampton Co, VA. On 17 Apr 1660 Mr. Richard Fletcher, a merchant of London, gave Peter Parker, son of Phillip Parker dec'd of Accomack, a heifer and all her increase. Phillip Parker's widow Mary Parker married William Marshall 12 May 1660. On 28 Sep 1660 Will Marshall acknowledged receipt of the brown heifer & marked with a burne mark on the horne with PC being the letter standing for the child's name & for his use.
