Nancy Rodolphus Scott sold land on 27 February 1769 at tract A82, Deep Creek, Accomack Co, VA. George Dewey and Nanney Rodolphus his wife of Northampton County sold 100 acres to John Chandler of Accomack County, St. George Parish for £50. It was on the North side of Deep Creek Mill in the woods and bounded as follows: From a corner pine tree running North West along the land of Doctor Williams to the land of John Giddens the thence running along the land of John Snead to a corner hickory standing hard by the Mill of Smith Snead to conclude 100 acres of land, with that 50 acres which William Ward and Scarburgh his wife sold to John Chandler, being that 100 acres which Thomas Webb sold to Rodolphus Scott, the father of these two men's wives. Witnesses: Scarburgh Kellam, Thomas Chandler and Benjamin (his X mark) Gladding.
