Levy made a will on 12 March 1818 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Levi Rodgers, St. George Parish. To wife Euphamy ... To daughter Elizabeth P. Rodgers the land where I now reside containing 160 acres & if she has no issue that obtains age 21, then to my surviving children. To Elizabeth P. Rodgers my Negro men Ames & Tom & girl Donna & ... spoons marked "H. E. S." & ... & $100. To son Raymond R. Rodgers the land I bought of Mr. Parsons containing 91 acres & also the land I bought of Mr. William Boggs containing 34 acres & 23 acres I bought of Waterfield & wife. Also to son Raymond my Negro boys Frederick & Isaac, girls Tamer & Easter & $300. To my 3 daughters Harriet T. Rodgers, Lucy Ann Rodgers & Jane M. Rodgers all the remainder. Isaac Smith Extr. Witt: Isaac Smith, Littleton Watson, Samuel B. Trader & John Rodgers. Probated 28 Jun 1819 - John Custis & Thomas R. Joynes securities on the $30,000 bond.
