Fluelling by an eagle's nest on N-side of Wicomico River.
-To Peter Furbush, s/o John, three tracts, WOLF HARBOR (50a), FORCEPUTT (50a), and adjoining parcel of marsh - these lands may be used by Priscilla Dashiell, d/o Thomas Dashiell.
-To Thomas Collier, land on W-side of Doughty's Branch which I bought of John Brown called TURNSTILE - may be used by Ann Dashiell, d/o James Dashiell
-To Henry Dashiell, s/o Thomas Dashiell, land DOUGHTY'S LOTT containing 150a I bought of Stephen Cannon.

He to also get 2 cows/calves, 2 sows/pigs, 2 ewes, frying pan, iron pot and nails to build a small house, all clothing they have and boarding/provisions for one year and two 50 gallon casks of cider every year
