- To son Michal Hastings, lands I purchased of the heirs of John Nelms, and the land I bought of Philip Collins, and land bought from Josiah Collins, and a small piece I bought of Elenander Collins and also small piece bought of Joshua Culver that lies near Thomas Hearn all this land lnown by wahtever their names are. Also a 26a tract bought of Henry Hastings which was mistakenly surveyed from Wm (or Mr.) Elzey
- To son Levi, all my home plantation and lands not included above and the land I bought of Melvin Hastings
- To son Benjamin Hastings, all remaining lands
- rest of estate equally divide among children Michal, Lyda Hastings w/o Elihu Hastings, Benjamin, Ritta Hastings, Henney Hastings and Winney Hastings
- son-in-law Elihu Hastings sole executor
