Abigail Wilson --wife, all rights to the estate that she brought with her at the time of her marriage to be disposed of as she sees proper, to have choice of plantations left to David and Denwood and to live on it for her life , and should she choose to live on one and tend the other then she should not be debarred from doing so.
Ephraim Wilson --son, plantation on the south side of Back Creek called WILSONS LOT, right and title to tract of land and marsh on the south side of the Manokin called HOPEWELL near the head of Teagues Creek with an exception. Hw to be under the guardianship of Ephraim, Col. George Gale, Ephraim King, and Richard Waters until he arrives at the age of 21 and that they bind him out to such a trade as they see fit. David Wilson --son, plantation purchased of Tunstall Hack lying in Indian Neck being originally part of a tract granted to Henry Smith called SMITHS RECOVERY where Capt. John Tunstall formerly lived and also the residue of CLOVER FIELDS, to be under the care of Ephraim until he arrives at the age of 21 and that he be bound out to such trade as Ephraim sees fit,
Residue of lands not already specified to be divided between David and Samuel, Negroes "Smith" "Robin" "Moll" "Cooper" and "Joe"
To son Denwood Wilson: all that part of the plantation where I now live lying on the east side of the dividing line between Doctor Thomas Denwood and myself, thence to an intersection with the old road through the swamp to the head of Monie, (1004 ac of) WILSONS CONCLUSION. Col. George Gale be guardian to Denwood until he arrives at the age of 21; Denwood to be bound to such a trade as Gale sees fit. Negroes Harry, Nanny, Tom, Shoemaker, Robin, Rachel, Negro boy Jack.
To son James Wilson: plantation purchased of Dr. Thomas Denwood for which I have the bond for the conveying of the same, 300 ac BROWNSTONE and also the woodland that lies to the west side of the road that leads to a swamp to the head of the Monie being part of a tract where I now live, (315 ac of) WILSONS CONCLUSION. Ephraim to serve as guardian for James until he arrives at the age of 21; James to be bound to a trade as Ephraim sees fit. But if Dr. Thomas Denwood shall pay unto Ephraim for the use of James the full money that the said Thomas received for the land with the Interest thereon within the term of one year without disposing of the land to any other person, then Thomas shall hold and enjoy the land as if the sale had never been; in case of the receipt of the said money and the death of James without male issue, the money is to be divided between Betty, Ann, and Esther. Also, Negroes Little Nanny, Little Harry, mulattoes Stephen and Sarah.
To daughters Betty Wilson, Ann Wilson, Esther Wilson: lands left to James if he dies without heirs, to be divided equally among them.
