On May 12 1827, Aaron Driskell deeds land to Thomas S. Driskell (WoLR-AS:536). On Aug 30 1836, Thomas S. Driskell of the County of Talbot in the State of Georgia, sold three tracts of land, totaling 119 1/4a, bequeathed to him by his father Aaron Driskell to John N. Mezick for $350 (WoLR-JCH3:458).

This is probably the Thomas S. Driskill in Perry Co., AL in 1850 listed as age 39.
