There are two James Wiltbank's listed in the 1800 DE Census - side-by-side in Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred. One as household with 00120-10200 and one as 00100-00100. They may be father/son with one age 26-45 and the other age 16-26. That is how I delineate them here.
He is listed as a Chaplain for dates Sep 30 - Oct 12 1833, U.S. Navy.
James married Mary White on 23 Sep 1799. (Mary White was born on 12 Jul 1783 and died on 08 Jun 1838 in PA.)
