Flora M. Hitch, 91

SEAFORD - Flora M. Hitch of Seaford, formerly of Laurel, died of heart failure Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, in Genesis Seaford Center. She was 91. Mrs. Hitch was born Sept. 10, 1909. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Hitch in 1982. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Kennedy of Laurel; two grandsons, Leslie and Barry Kennedy; and three great-granddaughters, Tanya Smith, Chrystal Kennedy and Kim Kennedy. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Laurel. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to: Genesis Seaford Center, 1100 Norman Eskridge Highway, Seaford, DE 19973. Arrangements by Cranston Funeral Home, Seaford.
