Underwood Rencher wrote his will on Jan 16 1751 and it was proven Mar 21 1751 (old style 1750) with the following provisions:
- To son William Rencher, twp negroes Jimmy and Nan, one sorrel horse, yoke of oxen, two young cows and their increase, and shall have no more claim to any of the other negroes of the estate and no right to any of the other until wife Sarah Rencher dies
- To daugther Mary Rencher, one pistol
- To well beloved wife Sarah, all the remainder in her widowhood then to equally divide among my children
