Emanuel Gouldsbury Hopkins was the son of William Harrison Hopkins and Teressa Horner. He was married to Isabel E. Kohr August 12, 1919 in Washington, District of Columbia. Isabel E. passed away in January 30, 1980 in Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Virginia, at the age of 78. Emanuel lived in Colonial Beach, Virginia. He died of a dissecting aneurysm and atherosclerotic heart disease in Veterans Administration Hospital, Richmond, VA. His listed occupation was as a Government Engineer.
