Listed in the 1900 census as a helper in a boiler shop. In 1918, per his draft registration, he is listed as Engineer, Master Mate at the Dupont Powder Company in Dupont, WA. That same source states his mother Mrs. Mary Wiltbank is living at 2205 West Street, Wilmington, DE.
As seen in many newspaper accounts, Ike was an excellent bowler.
He moved to the state of Washington by 1919, presumably with his employer, Dupont Corporation. In a Nov 1919 newspaper in Tacoma, it states he had bought a new Buick roadster to go with the 1917 one he already had.
Isaac married Myrtle May Hammond, daughter of John M. Hammond and Minnie May Douglas, on 05 Sep 1923 in Dupont, Pierce Co., WA.1 (Myrtle May Hammond was born in Feb 1900 in AZ,9 10 died on 27 Dec 1982 in WA and was buried about 30 Dec 1982 in Mountain View Memorial Park, Lakewood, Pierce Co., WA.)
