To son Joseph Vinson - the plantation and land that I bought of Henry Edgar containing a parcels of land called Branch Side, Collins's Industry, Addition To Cypress Swamp, Chestnut Ridge and Bee Glade. This when he is 20 years old. Also my mare and a chest and bed and furniture that are at his home on the lands
To son George Vinson - my present dwelling plantation containing parts of tracts Whaland's Adventure, Privilege, and Branch Lott and all that part of tract Double Purchase which is on the northeast side of my grist mill branch except one acres at the mill. Also Negro woman Phillis until Phillis is 30 years old and then she is to be free. Also to my son, Phillis's child named Levin until Levin is 30 years old and then he is to be free. Also cow and calf, bed and furniture and my horse called Fox
To son Benjamin Vinson - the lands that I bought of William Driskill called Cold Harbour, Driskill's Venture, and Content. Also my grist mill and the land belonging and the residue of tract called Double Purchase . Also two notes of hand from Elijah Cannon Junior for 30 pounds and for 49 pounds. Also a bond from James Tully and Jonathan Waller for 20 pounds. Also a Negro man named Chester until Chester is 30 years old and then Chester to be free. Also my riding mare called Nance and a feather bed
