THE OKLAHOMAN (Oklahoma City, OK) 5/30/1921 OBITUARIES (Monday) Mrs. Lee Harcum, pioneer of Oklahoma City and one of the first settlers of the state, died at her home, 26 E. 10th street, at 9 o'clock Sunday night.Mrs. Harcum was 72 years old, and is survived by her husband, two sons, Ennis and W.A. Harcum, three grandchildren and one great grandson, all of whom live here except two of her grandsons, who live in Dallas, Texas. For many years she was an active worker in the Woman's Christian Temperance union, the Rebekahs and the First Methodist Church. The body is being held pending funeral arrangements.
5/31/1921 OBITUARIES (Tuesday) Funeral services for Mrs. Lee Harcum, pioneer church woman of Oklahoma City and one of the first settlers of the state, who died at her home, 26 E. 10th street, Sunday night, will be held at the chapel of Marshall and Harper, 3 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery. Mrs. Harcum was 79? Years old and a resident of Oklahoma City since 1897. She was a member of the First Methodist church, and for many years an active worker in the Woman's Christian Temperance Union, the Rebekahs and the Knights and Ladies of Security. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Ennie and W.A. Harcum, three grandchildren and one great-grandson, all of whom live here except two of the grandsons, who live in Dallas, Texas.
