He was retired from ALCOA after 44 years of service and a member of the 25 year service club. He is preceded in death by wife, Glenise Hitch Fagg; parents, John Ed and Louise Fagg; brothers, Frank, James, Clyde, Wade, and A.J. Fagg; sisters, Jessie Stephens, Anna Bell Clark, and Ruby Driver. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Joyce Fagg of Maryville; daughter and son-in-law, Frances and H.S. Myers of Maryville; granddaughter and husband, Robin and Gary Burchfield; grandson and wife Ricky and Laura Myers; and Steve and Donna Russell of Spartanburg, SC; great grandchildren, Brandon Burchfield, Dustin Myers, Loren Myers, all of Maryville and Cody Russell of Spartanburg, SC. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Clarks Grove Cemetery with Rev. Scott Kidd officiating. Friends may call at their own convenience at McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home.

Pete married Glenese Hitch, daughter of John Carl Hitch and Lucy Mae McClure. (Glenese Hitch was born on 17 Dec 1918.)
