- To wife Mary Nicholson, my whole estate during her widowhood
- To son Joshua, plantation on where I live with 101a of land
- To son Charles Nicholson, the plantation whereon my brother Joseph did live and he dies without heir, son John to get this
- To youngest son Joseph Nicholson, my storehouse with 50a of land taken off the lower part of my whole tract adjoin tract owned by Charles Handy, If he dies without issue, his share to fo divided to John and James Nicholson
- After wife's deceased, to son-in-law George Lank, a young heifer
- To son-in-law Francis Lank, a young heifer
- Remainder to be divided between Isabell Hitch (as Issable Heatch), James, John, Mary, Rachel, Phillis Nicholson, wife Mary to be Executrix
