George Wilson wrote his will on May 1 1709 and it was probated in Somerset Co. on Aug 2 1709 with the following provisions:
-To eldest son George, the tract of land whereon I now live from the gut that divides from William Wilson of J to the pasture.
-To son John Wilson land lying on the northside of the pasture gut to the extent of the land towads William Wilson. If son George tries to debar John of this land, George shall pay his brother John 3000 pounds of tobacco
-To son George Wilson, first mare born of the mares
-To loving wife Eliza. Wilson, executor and to sign lease between Jonathan Cooper and me
