She married Richard Prickett circa 1630.

She married Garrett Anderson I circa 1638.

Amey was named in her husband's will on 26 August 1647 at Northampton Co, VA. She was shown as my beloved wife Amey and named Extr. and residual legatee in the will of Garrett Anderson.

She married Nicholas Waddelow after 1648.

Amey was named as administrator of an estate on 6 March 1659 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that the estate of Nicholas Waddelowe was administered to Amy Waddelow, widow of the dec'd (Northampton Co Orders, VIII, No. 8, 1657-1664, p. 65). Amy married Mr. "Foolks" (Northampton Co Deeds, Wills, etc. IX, No. 7, 1657-1666, p. 85). Nicholas Waddilow gave power of attorney to Francis Hawksworth, Sr., woolen draper, of the town of Barnsley, Yorkshire (1651-1654, f. 227). Nicholas Waddelowe gave by deed of gift to his goddaughter Elizabeth Bundicke the daughter of Richard Bundicke (1654-1655, f. 53).

On 29 Sep 1660, Amy, as the widow Waddelowe, acknowledged the sale of 100 acres on Nassawadox Creek, that her her husband had sold to John Hinman (N'hamp Co Will &c:74.)

She married Thomas Fooks (Pungoteague), son of (f/o Thos & Ann) Fooks and (-----) (-----), on 30 September 1660 at Hungars Parish, N'hamp Co, VA. (NOTE: He evidently had no living descendants of his own, as he named a sister Ann Miles and some of the same heirs as did his wife Amy in her will of 1678.)

On 12 Mar 1663/64 in Accomack County Court - Deposition of Amey Fookes aged about 50 years, 12 March 1663/64: Said that about last January she was at Mrs. Anne Toft's house where she talked with Jane, the wife of Robert Hill. Jane said that William Benston had killed Mr. Smith's sow, and she would prove it: "Olester's wife shall swear, and my husband shall swear, and I will swear that it is Mr. Smith's sow." Fookes rebuked her saying, "Jane, you may swear, but you have not the command of other folk's oaths." Jane said, "Nay, they shall, and I will do Benston all the mischief that lies in my power." Signed, Amy (A) Fookes.

Amey was named in her husband's will on 10 September 1673 at Accomack Co, VA. She was shown as wife Amy and named Extr. in the will of Thomas Fowkes.
