To son Timothy all my land from the Bridge over the gutt along George Johnson & so downward. To son John the remainder of my land. Bal. of estate to be divided between my wife & the rest of my children - Sons to be at age at 21, daughters at 18 - George Johnson, Thomas Brown, William Knock, Thomas Fookes to be assistants to my wife (no name) Witt: George Johnson, Richard Moore, Mary Johnson.

Timothy married Sarah Hinman, daughter of John Hinman and Sarah (?), in 1665 in Accomack Co., VA. (Sarah Hinman was born about 1646 in Northampton Co., VA and died before Aug 1718 in Accomack Co., VA.)
